Refund policy
1. General
At Veragarden, we strive for satisfied customers. As we primarily supply custom-made products, specific rules apply regarding returns and refunds.
2. Custom-made products (important)
Most Veragarden products, such as verandas and glass sliding walls, are custom-made according to the specifications you provide.
Therefore:
Custom-made products cannot be returned
There is no right to a refund after ordering
Cancellation is not possible once production has started
By placing an order, you agree that the product will be produced specifically for you.
3. Responsibility for measurements
The customer is fully responsible for correctly providing measurements and specifications.
Veragarden is not liable for:
incorrectly provided dimensions
wrong choices in specifications
errors resulting therefrom
4. Standard products (if applicable)
If Veragarden offers products that are not custom-made, the following applies:
You have the right to return your order within 14 days
The product must be unused and in its original condition
Return costs are for the customer's account
5. Damaged or incorrectly delivered products
If a product is damaged or delivered incorrectly, we request that you report this within 48 hours of delivery.
In such a case, we will:
replace the product, or
offer a suitable solution
6. Return procedure (if applicable)
For returns of standard products:

State your order number and reason for return
You will receive further instructions
Returns without prior notification may be refused.
7. Refunds
If a return is approved:
you will receive the purchase amount back within 14 days
the refund will be made via the same payment method
8. Exceptions
Refunds are not possible in the following cases:
custom-made products
products that have been used, damaged, or assembled
products produced according to specifications
